This research work consists in the improvement of the warehouse area of the Mitsuwa S.A company, whose activity is the commercialization of sports products, implementing the 5S methodology. For the implementation of this methodology, a preliminary study was carried out to diagnose the current situation of the company, obtaining as a result that the warehouse area was a critical point. The work schedule and the creation of the 5S Committee for the respective control and monitoring of activities were developed.
