The present corelational descriptive investigation studies the relation between Labor Climate and Productivity perceived by the workers of the company Sodimac S.A. in the city of Trujillo. I look for to demonstrate that the labor climate and the productivity have a direct relation. Conto with a population of 150 workers who represent I number total of the personnel who Integra the company in study. I am used the applied corelational design to the compared percentage of the survey with the sales of Store, first of a base of the survey of the Great Place to Word that is made in the company with the seconds that were the real data of the sales per month, including from the month of November of the 2010 to May of the 2011. The general conclusion to that we have arrived is that a direct relation between Labor Climate and Productivity does not exist.
