In 1735 Baumgarten published his Philosophical Reflections on Poetry. There he develops for the first time the idea of a science of sensibility capable of apprehending the idea of beauty in art; a science which he denominates aesthetics. La presente tesis muestra el análisis y estudio del distrito de San isidro y propone un proyecto, el cual responde a la falta de una infraestructura que concentre diferentes actividades en diversos horarios durante el día, la cual genere estadías prolongadas en el sector de estudio. Debido a esto se planteó la idea de, gracias al diseño de un edificio de usos mixtos donde se desarrollen los usos de comercio, oficinas y cultura, donde se buscó que al desarrollarse estas actividades el tiempo de permanencia dentro del distrito puedan incrementarse, disminuyendo así los horarios con poca actividad peatonal. A partir de la hipótesis y el desarrollo del proyecto, se observó que al tener diferentes actividades desarrollándose dentro de la infraestructura planteada, esta cuenta con diferentes horarios de flujo, tanto a nivel interno como también contribuye a la afluencia del público...
