The objective of the study was to establish the relationship between emotional intelligence and pedagogical management in teachers of public institutions in Lima. The approach used was quantitative, with a descriptive-correlational and cross-sectional design. The sample was made up of 40 initial level teachers from three public institutions of the UGEL 04. The instruments applied were the Reuven Bar-On Emotional Intelligence Inventory and the Pedagogical Management Scale, both validated and with reliability measurement. To analyze the evaluation between the variables, Spearman's Rho evaluation coefficient was used.
