¿A quién compete solucionar el problema de la Regulación de transporte Público en Lima y Callao? el siguiente artículo, realiza una interesante propuesta a fin de articular bajo una sola entidad las políticas de transporte Público urbano, coordinando la regulación de la materia en los tres niveles de gobierno, con el objetivo de diseñar, implementar e integrar un sistema eficiente de transporte Público urbano y de mercancías, que se complemente con el resto de políticas públicas de infraestructura vial que nuestra capital necesita.

En el presente artículo, los autores abordan las contradicciones existentes en el marco legal de los trabajadores de empresas del Estado, así como proponen soluciones a fin de lograr que se respeten los derechos laborales individuales y colectivos de los mismo.

Extractive companies, and their revenue management, are particularly exposed to acts of corruption. The challenges for this industry to become a generator of development are enormous but not impossible. Governments must work to protect and promote the development of extractive companies in a sustainable way, without corruption. To achieve that, the international community agrees that improving public institutions and strengthening relationships and trust of the actors that govern and interact in the sector is essential. This paper addresses two recommendations for that goal: information transparency and better and more transparent state companies in the Extractive Sector.
