El propósito de este trabajo de investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre la autoestima y la identidad profesional de las profesoras del nivel inicial de Urubamba, 2019. El problema de investigación, que surgió de la necesidad de evidenciar la autoestima y la identidad profesional, se resume en la siguiente interrogante ¿Qué relación existe entre la autoestima y la identidad profesional de las profesoras del nivel inicial de Urubamba, 2019?. Para tal efecto se trabajó bajo el enfoque cuantitativo con un tipo de investigación no experimental y diseño correlacional transversal.
