Becker, author who survives to the classics and predecessors of the Chicago’s school, niche of great creators of influential theories in the context of sociology and criminology, by explanations for interaction, learning, exclusion, social structures, among others. This author, comes to realize a synthesis, that seems to be perfected and potentially more accepted and adapted to the present time, with results that often gives the good synthesis, along with the appropriate media, and above all, the argumentation of the experiments and theoretical reviews. Thus, in the present, shows the theory of labeling, along with the processes of qualification of deviant behaviors, who stigmatize them as such and the social effects that cause. 

Con el transcurso de los años nace la criminología que se encarga de estudiar el fenómeno criminal en todos sus aspectos (hecho e individuo), pero quedando marginada la victimología y la atención y estudio de la víctima. Actualmente no se puede olvidar la gran vinculación existente entre ambas disciplinas, pues no se las concibe separadas; es decir, el conocimiento del criminal y en especial de su conducta obligadamente debe hacerse conociendo, analizando y comparando la personalidad y comportamiento que la víctima observó durante el desarrollo del crimen.

La agresión es una conducta heredada y aprendida a través de siglos, ha sido necesaria para enfrentar determinadas situaciones; sin embargo, hay otros tipos de agresividad que son destructivos. En el presente se revisa desde la postura de Albert Bandura, sobre el aprendizaje a la agresión por observación, imitación, modelamiento, ya sea por los padres, familiares, amigos, medios de comunicación u otras formas.
