Introducción. La fibrosis quística (FQ) se debe a mutaciones en el gen CFTR. Los moduladores del CFTR, como el elexacaftor-tezacaftor-ivacaftor (ETI), representan un avance significativo en el tratamiento. Objetivo. Evaluar los resultados clínicos y los eventos adversos asociados con la ETI en pacientes con FQ. Métodos. Se realizó un estudio longitudinal de pacientes ≥6 años con diagnóstico de FQ en un hospital de alta complejidad de Colombia, que recibieron terapia con IET entre febrero de 2022 y agosto de 2023. Se realizaron evaluaciones tres meses después del inicio del tratamiento, analizando variables clínicas y paraclínicas. Resultados.
