The purpose of this document is to analyze and sustain a proposal for a strategic plan that a company belonging to the Fast Fashion category must follow in order to satisfactorily enter to the Peruvian market. A diagnosis and analysis were made of the Fast Retailing business group that wishes to enter Peru in order to know how it works from its foundation to the present and understand its internal management, which facilitated the appropriate approach to strategies. At the same time, external factors that directly or indirectly influence, historical and current information of the local and international environment were evaluated.
