The current research of quantitative, observational, correlational, of control case, retrospective, approach, had as objective determine the socio-environmental factors associated with the incidence of dengue in families of Huanchaco and Laredo districts, 2021. This study had as sample to 100 families (50 cases and 50 controls) chosen through non-probability convenience sampling, belonging to Huanchaco and Laredo districts, to whom a questionnaire was applied, validated by expert judgment with acceptable reliability according to the Kuder-Richardson Coefficient. The data were analyzed according to descriptive and inferential statistics, establishing the Chi-square and Odds Ratio (OR) tests as the analysis factor.
