La investigación realizada, tiene como finalidad determinar si la gestión de riesgos incide en la administración operativa de las empresas del Retail de Lima Metropolitana del año 2020. Con este objetivo el trabajo fue desarrollado para obtener el conocimiento suficiente sobre la gestión de riesgos dentro y fuera del negocio y cómo incide la administración operativa en todos los procesos de la organización.
