En la presente investigación se estudia y analiza la factibilidad de constituir una empresa dedicada a brindar servicio delivery de karaoke. Se ha diseñado dos servicios, el servicio de karaoke básico y el servicio de karaoke especial. La investigación realizada nos señala que existen necesidades insatisfechas actualmente y que no son atendidas por la actual oferta. La empresa de servicios de karaoke delivery está estructurada en función a las necesidades del cliente, para el cual ha considerado procesos eficientes y simples, ha creado estrategias promocionales simples con el fin de llegar al mercado objetivo. La investigación arroja un mercado con mucho potencial para ser aprovecha por la empresa de servicio de karaoke delivery, con sus dos servicios creados y de acuerdo al segmento seleccionado.
