La principal finalidad de la investigación es analizar y comprender el aprendizaje cognitivo y las estructuras psicogenéticas de Jean Piaget, delimitado a la fundamentación psicogenética del conocimiento en el niño; es decir, se trata del análisis epistemológico sobre el desarrollo cognitivo en la niñez. La investigación se realizó con el diseño de la teoría fundamentada, básica y de enfoque cualitativo, basándose en el tipo de investigación no experimental. La investigación permitió determinar los resultados esperados, organizándose el análisis cualitativo. A new re-reading of Kant allows us to examine decisive aspects of his metaphysics of freedom as a target. Our critical analysis considers the contributions of the sciences of his time in the concept of causality and configures the importance of the representations of the objects of experience starting from the epistemological concept of causality to raise the idea oftranscendental freedom as a causality of the will for the imputability of the moral act, whose main axis is the concept of transcendental object; therefore, we will make some reflections focusing on the dichotomy of nature-freedom of Kant. Busca demostrar que Kant mantuvo desde un inicio la necesidad de fundamentar racional y formalmente el pensamiento ético, en y por la razón reflexiva; lo que a su vez motivó en Kant el planteamiento de la autoreflexión sobre el problema ético y el análisis crítco del conocimiento moral. La investigación realizada se ocupa del primer periodo de elaboración del pensamiento ético kantiano; comprende el espacio que va de 1755-1785, sin incluir las obras doctrinales del criticismo. Utiliza el método del análisis histórico crítico y la exégesis, para una interpretación más adecuada de la génesis del pensamiento ético de Kant.
