La presente investigación, titulada “Análisis comparativo del cumplimiento normativo en el Estudio de Posibilidades que Ofrece el Mercado de las Contrataciones Públicas de la región San Martín, año 2014”, tiene como objetivo determinar cómo difiere el cumplimiento normativo del personal certificado con respecto al no certificado en la elaboración del Estudio de Posibilidades que ofrece el Mercado de las contrataciones públicas de la Región San Martín el año 2014.
