This thesis aims to increase children's oral expression through the application of a language readiness program using various techniques such as quizzes, stories, songs, conversations; the study was implemented in the Educational lnstitution Home Nº 288 of Rioja District. The experimental research is a quasi-experimental design study population consisted of 193 children, the total sample of 45 children, the control group was 24 experimental children and 21 children agreed to be applied pretest and posttest, recorded on a form of observation or checklist. The collected data were processed using frequencies, measures of central tendency and variability, comparison of average scores was developed by t-Student distribution, which has allowed hypotheses.
