The main objective of this research was to evaluate the relationship between the employee motivation and the quality of service in a language centre in Trujillo in 2022, following a quantitative approach study, correlational level and non experimental methodological design, where 74 employees and the same proportion of students of this language centre were taken into account as the study population, using the survey technique to collect data. As for the most important results, it was found that 28.4% of teachers had low levels of motivation, while 25.7% said that the quality of service was poor. El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia de la suplementación con multimicronutrientes en el desarrollo psicomotor del niño de 17 meses en un establecimiento sanitario público de Chota en el año 2023; estudio cuasiexperimental, de diseño caso y control, realizado con 40 niños de 17 meses de edad (20 casos y 20 controles); se utilizó como técnicas el análisis documental de las historias clínicas, la entrevista y la observación científica; y como instrumentos una guía de interpretación diagnóstica a fin de identificar la condición de suplementado o no suplementado del niño, y la Escala de Evaluación del Desarrollo Psicomotor del niño con el propósito de identificar el desarrollo psicomotor.
