Objetivo: Determinar el perfil de susceptibilidad bacteriana de las cepas obtenidas de hemocultivos en el Hospital Regional Lambayeque e identificar las cepas bacterianas más frecuentes aisladas, de abril – octubre 2016. Materiales y métodos: durante el tiempo de estudio ingresaron al laboratorio de bacteriología 602 hemocultivos, de los cuales en 61 se aisló algún tipo de microorganismo, todos estos fueron subcultivos en agar sangre. Los aislamientos bacterianos se identificaron fenotípicamente mediante métodos bioquímicos convencionales y la susceptibilidad antimicrobiana fue evaluada mediante el método de difusión en disco siguiendo los parámetros de sensibilidad o resistencia del CLSI 2015.
