National and international events show that we are in times of uncertainty and various crises can arise at any time. Given this, educational institutions, as providers of a fundamental service, must develop organizational resilience, which is the organizational capacity to face difficulties and learn from them. The objective of the research was to contrast the reality of an educational institution in the Peruvian jungle with the theory of organizational resilience, to corroborate and contextualize the theoretical assumptions, and collect the lived experience and lessons learned, in the framework of the Covid-19. The research design was qualitative (single case study), with the informants being the director, the deputy director and a mother.
