In the management and direction of educational organizations, the quality of the service provided determines its success or failure as an institution. According to the Inter-American Development Bank (2020), quality assurance in higher education institutions is an area of action that must be addressed from the different management levels to give validity and sustainability to university and technical training in the Latin American region.
