Esta investigación fue realizada durante el segundo semestre del 2020, tuvo como principal objetivo determinar la relación entre la gestión administrativa y control interno del Fondo de Cooperación para el Desarrollo Social, región San Martín, 2020. Fue de tipo básica, diseño no experimental, nivel descriptivo – correlacional. La muestra fueron 45 trabajadores del Fondo de Cooperación para el Desarrollo Social, región San Martín. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta y los instrumentos dos cuestionarios. Los resultados demostraron que la gestión administrativa es buena al 75% y el 64% corroboró que existe un eficiente nivel de control interno.
