University students in their daily activity experience a diverse range of academic responsibilities. including main duties, such as: projects, tasks and tests. Situations in which the student might experience anxiety, insecurity, lack of control, fear of failure, etc. which may not be perceived by the student, and that if that stress is not controlled and moderate appropriately it could have negative effects on academic performance, and in severe cases it could lead to the university academic failure (1).
