Objetivo: determinar los factores de riesgo psicosocial relacionado con el desempeño laboral en el personal de la Posta Medica San Rafael 2021. Materiales y métodos: Presentando una metodología de tipo cuantitativa, de nivel descriptivo correlacional, con un diseño no experimental. La población muestral estuvo compuesta por 100 personales de la Posta Medica San Rafael; como técnica se utilizó la encuesta siendo los instrumentos ocupamos para recoger los datos, vinieron hacer el cuestionario de “Factores de riesgo psicosocial” y el Instrumento “Desempeño laboral” para la segunda variable.
