The work carried out at the Regional Office of Transport and Communications of Iquitos in 2025 aimed to identify the relationship between administrative management and organizational behavior. A quantitative approach was used, with a descriptive, non-experimental, and correlational design, analyzing 25 participants. The analysis, using the Spearman’s Rho coefficient, yielded a correlation value of 0.980** and a bilateral significance level of 0.000. This demonstrates a very strong and positive relationship between administrative management and organizational behavior, statistically significant at the 99% confidence level (p < 0.01).
