ABSTRACT This research describes the formation of a business consortium to improve the production cost structure of the footwear MyPES of El Porvenir Trujillo 2016. Its general objective was to demonstrate that the formation of a Business Consortium improves th e structure of production costs of the MYPES of the Footwear of the El Porvenir district, being a quantitative method with a population of 733 MyPES and a sample of 252 MyPES. El objetivo de la presente tesis versa sobre plantear una alternativa viable para el cumplimiento tributario. En esa línea, se formuló que la incorporación de las deducciones de gastos por servicios educativos en la determinación del impuesto a la renta de quinta categoría conlleva a un incentivo para que el contribuyente cumpla con sus deberes tributarios. La metodología realizada ha sido de carácter cualitativa, en la medida que se basó en entrevistas a especialistas en materia tributaria. Los resultados arrojaron que existe una correlación positiva entre incorporar la deducción de gastos por conceptos de servicios de educativos y el cumplimiento tributario. De esta forma, se concluye la necesidad de añadir nuevos elementos como el que se plantea en la presente tesis para efectos de un mejor cumplimiento tributario en nuestro país.
