Introducción: En la actualidad, el embarazo en adolescentes y jóvenes constituye un desafío económico, social y político. Objective: To carry out a comparative study of eight health indicators of the Madre Niño San Bartolomé National Teaching Hospital within the Gynecology-Obstetrics Service in the last 5 years. Material and methods: A retrospective, descriptive, analytical and quantitative study is carried out. A search was carried out on the annual statistical information of the Madre Niño San Bartolomé Teaching Hospital from January 2017 to September 2021. Results: The indicators of Hospital Income, Income from Transfer between Services, Hospital Discharges, Patients per day and Average length of stay, presented a decrease in the year 2020. While the Hospital Stay indicator presented an increase during the year 2020.
