La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el estrés y la calidad de cuidado del personal de enfermería de un Hospital de EsSalud, Trujillo, 2023. La metodología empleada fue aplicada, con un enfoque cuantitativo, correlacional, diseño no experimental, corte transversal, la muestra estuvo establecida por 60 integrantes del personal de enfermería. Se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento dos cuestionarios tomando en cuenta las variables de estrés y calidad de cuidado de enfermería. Los resultados mostraron que un el personal de enfermería se centra en nivel medio de estrés con un 63%, y un 77% del personal brindan una mala calidad de cuidado. The present work of investigation of descriptive type correlate, with quantitative boarding, carried out in the services of Surgery To and B of the Hospital Bethlehem of Trujillo, with the intention of investigating the relation between the level of satisfaction perceived by the adult patients with burns and the quality of the care of infirmary. For the compilation of information there was in use two instruments "Level of Satisfaction perceived by the patient" and "Quality of the Care of Infirmary" which was applied to 30 adult patients by burns in February, 2010.
