The purpose of this report was to evaluate the correlation between treasury management and the efficiency in the budget execution of the Ucayali - Contamana Health Executive Unit during the year 2023. An applied study was carried out, using a non-experimental design and a sample of 47 workers, to whom a questionnaire was applied to collect information. The results showed that treasury management is rated regular with (43%), because it almost always has a procedure manual that regulates the financial execution of income; but in the treasury area there is sometimes a payment schedule for suppliers; as well as sometimes there is a report of the available balances by account or sub-account. On the other hand, it has been determined that budget execution is rated low by 53%, this is because it partially complies with the improvement of access to health services for the population of Ucayali. ...
