This research work called "Tax on income from work and its effects on the liquidity of workers of the IESPP" Loreto "period 2019", was developed with the general objective of determining to what extent the tax on income from work affects the liquidity of the workers of the IESPP "Loreto", period 2019, and determine to what extent the rates applied to income from work influence the available liquidity of the workers of the IESPP "Loreto" period 2019, therefore It had a population sample of 22 workers, the survey technique was used and the information collection instrument applied was the questionnaire, obtaining results that showed that the income tax has a high level of influence on the liquidity of the workers and the rates applied Work income also affects the available liquidity of IESPP “Loreto” workers for the 2019 period.
