La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la Gestión de Subsistema de Seguimiento y el Desarrollo de Capacidades en emprendimientos rurales inclusivos, Proyecto Noa Jayatai FONCODES UT TARAPOTO, 2022. Fue tipo básica, con diseño no experimental, transversal y descriptivo correlacional; la población fue de 180 usuarios del proyecto y la muestra de 123. La técnica utilizada para el recojo de información y datos del trabajo de investigación, fue la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados determinaron que el nivel de Gestión de Subsistema de Seguimiento, fue “Bajo” 1,6% (2), es “Medio” 58,5% (72), y es “Alto” que representa 39,8% (47); el desarrollo de Capacidades, fue es “Alto” 76,4% (94) y en relación al nivel “Medio” 23,6% (29).
