La presente investigación fue de enfoque cuantitativo; de nivel relacional; de tipo: observacional; prospectivo, transversal y analítico. Cuyo objetivo fue: determinar la relación que existe entre la motivación y la satisfacción laboral en el personal del Servicio de Laboratorio Clínico, Hospital Regional “Virgen de Fátima”, Chachapoyas, 2015. El universo muestral estuvo conformado por 13 profesionales del Servicio de Laboratorio Clínico, Hospital Regional “Virgen de Fátima”. Se utilizó el método hipotético deductivo.
