The present research was carried out with the aim of improving the delivery compliance indicator, since it was observed that it did not meet the specifications required by the customers. For that reason we used the quality tools to be able to determine within the process where we focus and implement a plan of action of improvement before the incidents that cause non-compliance of the deliveries, improving the indicator by 16%. In the research we analyzed and presented the current situation of the company where we show the fulfillment of the delivery and associate them with the incidents presented in the graphic industry of Breña. According to the above mentioned, it was established to determine the bottleneck stages of the process, causes of breach of delivery, establish improvement actions to reduce noncompliance and reduce non-compliance incidents as much as possible.
