La presente investigación se realizó con el propósito de determinar el tipo de relación que existe entre la innovación pedagógica y las políticas educativas en las instituciones educativas del distrito de Rioja – región San Martín, 2022. La metodología usada precisa que esta investigación es de tipo básica y diseño correlacional, descriptivo y transversal. La técnica utilizada fue el encuestado mediante los instrumentos de recolección, el cuestionario de innovación pedagógica y el de políticas educativas, aplicados a un total de 80 docentes del distrito de Rioja. Los principales resultados indican que el 47,5 % de docentes encuestados señala que existe una buena innovación pedagógica, y el 58,8 % precisa que las políticas educativas están en un nivel regular de aceptación.
