El objetivo fue identificar el clima organizacional y desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la sede administrativa de la Red de Salud Moyobamba y los factores que influyen en los distintos niveles. Estudio de tipo descriptivo, correlacional. La población estuvo representada por todos los trabajadores nombrados y contratados en un total de 40, y una muestra de 36 trabajadores. Se utilizó un cuestionario que recogió información in situ utilizando el método prospectivo de recolección de la información. La hipótesis fue la influencia o no del clima en el desempeño Los resultados expresan: el nivel de clima organizacional es regular, con un 69.4%, el nivel de desempeño laboral es regular con un 88.9%.
