ABSTRACT In the present investigation, which is entitled "Accountability through the use of false ballots in the crime of peculado", deals with the problem that, if accountability with the presentation of bags that are not truthful, may constitute an act of the crime of embezzlement. Esta investigación se desarrolló con el objetivo de determinar si la calidad de los servicios de atención influye significativamente en la gestión administrativa de la Oficina General de Admisión de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, 2017. El tipo de estudio es no experimental de diseño correlacional transeccional causal. Se tomó una muestra de 80 trabajadores de la Oficina General de Admisión de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, 2017; se han empleado dos cuestionarios validados y confiables para recoger los datos de las variables en estudio, se procesó la información mediante el software estadístico de ciencias sociales SPSS V23.
