Cancer is one of the most prevalent diseases globally (WHO, 2022). Having this disease implies that people suffer various physical and psychological complications, among the latter is the appearance of depressive symptoms (Ayalew et al., 2022). To cope with them, patients develop various types of coping strategies. The objective is to identify the relationship between the strategies used by women with gynecological cancer and depressive symptoms. A search was carried out following the indications of the PRISMA guide, in which the following databases were used: Scielo, APA PsycNet, and SpringerLink (Page et al., 2021).
