In Huaca Bellavista, located in the district of Santa Anita, just over 2 km from Puruchuco- Huaquerones, important evidence of the first years of the arrival of the Spaniards in Peru has been recovered. According to the investigations carried out, these correspond to the remains of inhabitants who participated in the taking of Lima in the year 1536. This article presents the results of the analysis of six bodies impacted by projectiles from firearms and another three with impacts by Andean weapons. Among the personages that show these evidences of interpersonal violence are adults and children. These findings, together with the one from Puruchuco Huaquerones, are the only material evidence so far reported on the use of firearms in the Andean territory at the beginning of the Spanish occupation and corroborate the early historical sources on these events in our history.

El sitio arqueológico Huaycán de Cieneguilla, se ubica en la margen izquierda del valle del río Lurín, al pie de una quebrada lateral también denominada Huaycán entre los 400 y 500 msnm. El área arqueológica limita por el norte con el Centro Poblado Rural Autogestionario Huaycán de Cieneguilla, por el sur con el fondo de la quebrada Huaycán, por el este con las estribaciones del Cerro Señal Perdida, y por el oeste con la Asociación Las Terrazas de Cieneguilla así como con parte de las estribaciones del cerro Mal Paso.

The arrival and establishment of the Chinese community in Peru during the 19th century was a very relevant event within its historical context, having a considerable impact on sociocultural aspects of the country until the present. An important source of knowledge about this foreign population is the discovery of human remains identified as Chinese immigrants buried in the Huaca Bellavista Archaeological Site, formerly part of the Zavala hacienda, located in the Santa Anita district, in the province of Lima.
