The main objective of the following professional project is the adequation of the Good Manufacturing Practices (G.M.P.) in the company Industrial Peruana Holandesa S.A.C. for its line of products ‘Alfajores Tinkay’ in their chocolate and vanilla flavors according to the new quality requirements set by their main clients and new national legislation in order to avoid losing 44,6% of the income driven by these customers. This risk exists in case the company doesn’t conform to the increased quality standards required by the customers comprised in the Pareto curve of income. These quality standards are controlled by periodic inspections and minimum grading requirements.
