El objetivo del presente estudio fue presentar evidencias de validez de constructo, criterio y consistencia interna de un instrumento que mide el compromiso organizacional. Primero se desarrolló un ejercicio de redes semánticas naturales modificadas para elaborar un banco de reactivos, que posteriormente fueron validados por jueces expertos. En el segundo estudio se probó el instrumento conformado por 40 reactivos con una muestra de 140 trabajadores de una universidad pública del Estado de Guanajuato. Los resultados de este estudio permitieron identificar cuatro factores, observándose niveles adecuados de consistencia interna.
