The main objective of this investigation was to determine the effect of the hydration temperature of dry pea grains (Lathyrus sativus) on the mass transfer coefficients. Therefore, in the research it was observed that temperature plays a fundamental role affecting the hydration process, to which 4 temperatures (25, 35, 45 and 55 ° C) were used, evaluating in 12 different times with its respective repetition and determining the kinetic parameters of the mass transfer models, it is deduced that Peleg and Page describe better the behavior of this grain. Likewise, the relationship between temperature and the kinetic parameters of mass transfer for hydration shows that the higher the temperature, the greater the weight gain and the less time required to reach equilibrium moisture. On the other hand, the Arrhenius equation helped to determine which is the best mathematical modeling.

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo encontrar la relación entre el Aprendizaje Basado en Proyectos y la competencia Diseña y Construye Soluciones tecnológicas, para esto se creó conveniente usar como instrumento un cuestionario y la aplicación se dio en el lugar donde las investigadores tuvieran más cerca el acceso a la población y muestra donde se aplicaría el instrumento, finalmente aplicado se consolido en una base de datos y se procesó en el programa SPSS 25 dando como resultado que existe una correlación entre las 2 variables con un resultado de 0.769 y un nivel de significancia de 0.000, demostrando que es muy significativa, se llegó a la conclusión que el Aprendizaje Basado en Proyecto si se relaciona de manera Directa con la competencia del área de ciencia y tecnología e igualmente esta investigación es base para futuras investigaciones dentro de la local...
