El propósito de la presente investigación es la determinación de la relación entre la gestión administrativa y el desempeño laboral de los servidores públicos de la Corte Superior de Justicia Mariscal Nieto – 2021. Por tal motivo se tomó en cuenta se desarrolló un estudio con un enfoque descriptivo – correlacional y el diseño considerado fue el no experimental. Se encuentra integrada la muestra por un total de 40 servidores públicos. Además, la técnica empleada con el fin de recaudar los datos fue la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario acerca de la gestión administrativa el cual se compone de 14 preguntas mientras que el otro cuestionario referido al desempeño laboral está constituido por 16 items. The intention was to demonstrate that investments in the education and health sectors continue to be lower between 2021-2023. Little was learned from the COVID 19 pandemic. To do this, it was necessary to prove that the budget allocated to the transportation sector is greater than that allocated to education and health by local governments, between the years 2007-2023. The research instrument was the documentary analysis of 17 PIM and accrual files; ANOVA was used to show the statistical inference.
