La presente investigación tuvo como finalidad estudiar la relación entre la variable Inteligencia Emocional (I.E.), con sus componentes: intrapersonal, interpersonal, adaptabilidad interna y manejo de estrés, y la variable del Clima Organizacional (Cl. Org.). La población estuvo conformada por 254 docentes de las II.EE de la Red 05, en la UGEL 03, de la cual se consideró como muestra a 153 docentes, a quienes se les aplicó la encuesta obteniéndose los valores, según la confiabilidad del Alfa de Conbrach, para la inteligencia emocional de 0,870 y para clima organizacional de 0,750, medidos con valor confiable y aplicable. This article develops the pedagogical management of the headmaster and its link with teacher performance in a pandemic situation. The objective of the study was to analyze the relationship between the mentioned variables in an educational institution located in a highly vulnerable area of Lima - Peru. The sample consisted of 54 teachers at the primary and secondary levels, who provided data from questionnaires validated for this research. The variables were evaluated using Spearman's Rho correlational coefficient for the three dimensions that justify pedagogical management and teacher performance: I. Planning; II. Organization; III. Direction and control. The results revealed that there were positive and significant correlations between the variables mentioned.
