This study investigates the gender dynamics in how Colombian members of Congress use Twitter during electoral and non-electoral periods. Using a quantitative analysis of 689,576 tweets collected in 2020 and 2022, the findings reveal nuanced differences in social media behaviour between male and female politicians. While male politicians generally have a larger follower base and higher retweet rates during non-electoral periods, these advantages diminish or even reverse during elections. Female politicians show relative gains in retweets and follower acquisition during electoral periods, suggesting that heightened competition and visibility create a more level playing field for engagement. This article reports an exploratory study of climate change (CC) communication on the social network TikTok during the 2021Climate Summit (Glasgow, 1-12 November 2021), considered to be the last chance to halt the advance of CC. For this purpose, the 100 videos with the highest number of views during this event were examined by means of content analysis. The results have shown a new communication scenario in which influencers are the actors with the highest number of videos published in relation to CC. The media continue to be a fundamental actor in the communication of the CC and give continuity and relevance to the issue. Another remarkable result is an alarming situation: most of the videos do not cite any kind of source of information. This paper focuses on the problem of Corporate Reputation in relation to stakeholders’ perception. More precisely, how the intangible values of branding have a potential influence on the Corporate Reputation of a communication company. As fieldwork, with the aim of having contact with the complete value chain of a corporation, 463 questionnaires conducted with members from all the stakeholder groups (7) of Televisió de Catalunya–TV3 regarding La Marató de TV3 have been analyzed.
