Work-family conflict is the interference between work role over family role, this affects job satisfaction (Liu et al., 2019). The aim of this applied review is to analyze multiple empirical investigations that relate the variables work-family conflict and job satisfaction in workers in public and private companies. Considering the methodological quality of the chosen publications, the selection of articles to be analyzed was made considering the guidelines of the PRISMA guide (Urrútia & Bonfill, 2010). We worked with the electronic databases: Scopus, Apa Psycnet, Proquest, Ebsco, La Referencia, Scielo and Dialnet. Seven articles (n = 7) from scientific journals were selected, taking into account the established inclusion and exclusion criteria.
