This study presents the design of a model for decision-making for software development_x000D_ projects. The proposed model is based on the consequences of strategic decisions on_x000D_ factors such as cost, risk, budget and schedule of software projects.The main advantage_x000D_ of the proposed model is that it integrates the management of risks, cost estimation and_x000D_ planning of project management for decision-making for the development of software_x000D_ for linked projects.
