La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general “Determinar la relación entre el cuidado humanizado y la satisfacción de los padres de familia de pacientes pediátricos del servicio de medicina de un hospital de lima, 2025”. El método de la investigación es hipotético – deductivo, de tipo aplicada, con enfoque cuantitativo. El diseño de la investigación será no experimental, descriptiva, correlacional y de corte transversal, con una población y muestra que comprende a 95 padres de familia de pacientes pediátricos que se encuentren hospitalizados en el servicio de medicina en un hospital de Lima y que cumplan con los criterios de inclusión. The present study investigation of descriptive type, correlational of traverse court, carried out at the National Educational Institution Victor Andrés Belaunde de Trujillo - 2016; with the aim of determining the relationship of addiction to Internet networks and affectation in social skills: assertiveness, communication, self-esteem and decision-making in adolescents.
