The objective of this investigation is to improve the administrative management of Veterinary Animal Care, based on the use of a web system, where the processes of care registration, obtaining information from the medical records of pets and the level of satisfaction of users who used the web system were basically evaluated. In principle, we were able to detect that the first processes were slow and caused discomfort among the administrative staff in front of the clients; therefore, we suggest using a web system to solve these problems.
