Nowadays, employees are exposed to high levels of stress within the work context, both due to work overload and the lack of resources to cope with the demands it entails. This makes them more prone to develop burnout, which leads to negative consequences at the individual and organizational level. Therefore, it is important to study variables capable of mitigating the effect of this pathology on the well-being of employees.
