Identifica los factores vinculados al acceso a los servicios de salud bucal (ASSB) de niños peruanos menores de 12 años de la Encuesta Demográfica y de Salud Familiar (ENDES) durante el periodo del 2021 al 2023. La investigación es de fuente secundaria, observacional, descriptivo, retrospectivo y transversal con alcance correlacional; considerando los 112,332 registros de los niños peruanos que tenían entre 0 y 11 años durante de la entrevista de la ENDES 2021, 2022 y 2023. Los factores fueron organizados a través del modelo de Andersen en factores predisponentes (FP) y factores mediadores (FM). Neurosensory disorders (ND) following the placement of dental implants (DI) in the posterior mandibular region are a potential complication due to their proximity to the inferior alveolar nerve (IAN). Paresthesia and dysesthesia are the most commonly reported symptoms, affecting quality of life and requiring an effective therapeutic approach. This case report describes the management of ND using adjunctive laser therapy (LT) combined with B-complex vitamins (B-Vit). A 57-year-old female patient presented with persistent hypoesthesia and spontaneous episodes of electric shock-like sensations after the placement of three dental implants in the posterior right mandibular region. Clinical examination confirmed a lack of soft tissue sensation and pain rated 8/10 on the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) at the depth of the sulcus. During pregnancy, physiological changes increase the risk of oral pathologies, such as periodontitis, gingivitis, caries lesions, dental erosion and pyogenic granulomas. Therefore, it is essential to provide timely care to maintain the oral health of pregnant women. Objective: To describe the characteristics of preventive and recovery oral health care in pregnant women in public health centers in Peru. Materials and methods: Observational, descriptive, cross-sectional study based on secondary data on odontostomatology care during 2017. The variables trimester of pregnancy, maternal age range, preventive and recuperative procedure, region, and treatment condition were analyzed.
