The present investigation entitled "Tourism and sociocultural changes of the Ticuna settlers settled in the rural community of Puerto Alegria, Mariscal Ramón Castilla province 2021" had as general objective to describe the social and cultural changes that tourist activity has generated in the Ticuna settlers settled in the peasant community of Puerto Alegria in the province of Mariscal Ramón Castilla 2021. As a methodology, the qualitative approach was used, it is of a descriptive type and ethnographic design, it included as a study population the inhabitants of the community that are 720 inhabitants, constituted in 145 families and 115 dwellings, 70 chiefs dedicated to tourist activity were taken as a sample, as a research technique, semi-structured interviews and participant observation were used.
