This research paper provides a methodological proposal for environmental assessment for the development of the artisanal mining non-metallic activity (Limestone), located in the Elias Soplin Vargas District , Rioja Province, San Martin Department, near to the Santa Fe Center Rural village, within the Buffer Zone of the Alto Mayo Protection Forest - BPAM, and area of mining concessions.
